Lost/replacement glasses

Kelly Eyecare offers a highly tailored service to ensure that your glasses have both the correct prescription and are carefully fitted by our experts.

As we are currently unable to do this, we would advise that wherever possible that you try to manage with a previous pair of glasses until you are able to visit us again.

However, we appreciate that this may not be possible in some cases and therefore for anyone who is experiencing a significant impact on their life from having lost/broken their glasses (e.g unable to drive) please contact us at mike@kellyeyecare.co.uk, we will advise and assist you on an individual basis. Please note that in these cases solutions will be a temporary fix only and we cannot guarantee that further adjustments/lens replacements will not be necessary at a later date which may incur additional charges.
