We are an independent family-run opticians, established over 30 years. We have 4 branches in the local area and we're looking for a full-time optical receptionist to join our team in Brockenhurst.
This role is a key part of the customer journey and we are looking for applicants who are confident and professional, and have a passion for providing outstanding customer service along with strong organisational and communication skills. You will work as part of a friendly close-knit team providing a high level of service, and will require the ability to multi-task in a busy environment.
You will be articulate and presentable, motivated to achieve and have a willingness to learn and progress within Kelly Eyecare, whilst demonstrating confidentiality, integrity and discretion at all times, as well as the need to Delight, Impress and Value our customers.
You will require good computer skills, and optical experience would be beneficial but not essential. Please be aware you will need to be able to work on Saturdays.
